岗位职责：

"The Commercial Operation Trainee Program is a specialized recruitment and development initiative designed to cultivate future business leaders who drive commercial excellence and Go-to-Market innovation at Unloq (formerly Linklogis International). Through structured learning, cross-department rotations, and real-world business analytics projects, the program aims to develop a group of high-potential talents who are analytical, data-savvy, and strategic thinkers — capable of translating insights into actions that accelerate Unloq’s business growth.

Trainees will rotate across key functions such as Commercial Strategy, Business Analytics, and Sales Operations, gaining a holistic understanding of Unloq’s commercial engine. During the program, participants will receive systematic training in market analysis, performance optimization, and data-driven decision. Upon completion, they will be assigned to core business operation teams to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, enable data intelligence, and drive commercial impact."

"Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2026; all majors are welcome, with preference for Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Data Analytics backgrounds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams and present ideas clearly to different stakeholders. Driven, curious, and resilient, with a growth mindset and passion for improving commercial processes and business performance. Internship experience in internet platform, data analytics, strategy, or fintech is preferred. Open to long-term career development in commercial operations, strategy, or analytics roles."
